A day of caviar, bubbles and relaxation to experience the languid dandy atmospheres of The Great Gatsby. An experience to be enjoyed without haste, to savour the pleasures of life, moving slowly in a historic car among places and brands that are rewriting the best of world food and wine, starting with Calvisius caviar. You will have the opportunity to visit the world-famous company that holds 15% of the world’s production of farmed caviar, where the world’s finest sturgeon varieties are found in over 60 hectares of tanks.
In search of perfection, to trace the authenticity of taste
The experience for Olymphia Waters clients will include an exclusive visit to the aquaculture facilities (usually inaccessible), the sturgeon pond and the observatory, with a private caviar tasting organised by a Calvisius Caviar Ambassador at “Il Gambero”, a Michelin-starred restaurant, with 4 different types of caviar and a matching menu. This will be followed by a trip in a vintage car to an exclusive resort in Franciacorta, to continue the day of SPA, relaxation and close with a grand dinner accompanied by a vertical tasting of Italy’s most famous bubbles.
